The 2022 Ministerial Forum on Global Supply Chain Resilience, promoted by the US, chaired by Secretary of State, Antony J. Blinken, and Secretary of Commerce, Gina Raimondo, has brought together different interest groups, including representatives from the private sector, worker representatives and civil society, with the aim of identifying solutions that, in the short term, will reduce bottlenecks and, in the longer term, the challenges of global supply chains.
The work session in which Spanish businessmen from CEOE International participated focused on responding to the current crisis in supply chains and how to face future challenges; in investment-friendly environments for diversification of supply chains; in innovation to address bottlenecks in transportation and logistics; and in the way of confronting labor abuses as well as the development of workers.
