to the Community Customs Code by the “security amendment” (Regulation (EC) 648/2005).

Article 5a of this Regulation lays down that Member States may grant AEO status to any economic operator meeting the following common requirements: compliance with customs regulations, proper management of archives, financial solvency and, where applicable, appropriate security and safety standards. Therefore our facilities and our staff are adapted and trained at all times for this purpose to be a daily reality in the management and circulation of documents.
